Our goal.
Our Youth Leadership Board consists of ten Brave House members who meet monthly to provide feedback & design future programming. They are integral to our leadership structure, as we believe our work is most effective when the impacted population is driving our decisions.
Youth Leaders receive leadership training with a coach on topics like public speaking as well as a cash award to honor and celebrate their contributions. By actively including members in every step of our process we will not just provide our members with more responsive services, but also allow them to take charge of their own healing.
