Our very first Thanksgiving Sister Dinner! We gathered in the cozy, colorful home of our new big sis, Carol, for a day of cooking & connecting. There was music, a fireplace, “Goddess Card” readings, a question jar, and lots of yummy food. Thank you Farm To People, MadeMeals, and AeroFarms for providing delicious nourishment for this special dinner. We believe Thanksgiving is an opportunity to reflect on the past/present oppression against indigenous people in this country while also holding space for gratitude, belonging, and community. We will continue to listen to and include the voices of historically marginalized groups in our sisterhood and we strive to create a home where all are welcome.
